Researchers are only now beginning to admit that the animal model is different than the human model and that it is dangerous to continue with animal research because human lives are at risk.  

Since the NIH has already admitted that animal research has not been working for decades and billions of dollars have been lost – the research profession is rapidly migrating to the use of human cells as alternative models.  Oath of God Ministries does not and will not support embryonic stem cell research or the use of body parts or tissues from aborted fetuses as alternative models for animal research.  

Nevertheless, many alternative models are now using human cells which line the chips forming organ level functions.  Some of these human cells may be embryonic stem cells or tissue cells from aborted babies.  We condemn the use of these alternative models because they promote the destruction of human life.  Many researchers are using adult stem cells or other cell types from human adults and children and we find nothing wrong with this practice.
