I was attending a fellowship meeting where my pastor was speaking.  After the meeting and when people were coming forward to be prayed over, I felt as if the Lord was directing me to approach this man I had not yet met.  He was on crutches and had a full cast on one leg.  I went and asked him if he would like to get prayed over.  He said that he already had people pray over him and that he was all set.  I told him that I really felt as if God had told me to come and get him.  He reluctantly came with me. 

He told us that he had been up on a ladder with his chainsaw cutting a tree limb.  The limb came down and knocked the ladder out from underneath him. When he fell the limb came down on his leg.  The impact broke his leg.  From the knee down the limb tore the skin off his leg to the bone.  Other areas of his leg were badly bruised as well.  

My pastor started praying over him and I knelt down and put my hand on the cast.  The next thing I know he had been touched by the Lord and fell backwards.  We continued praying over him.  When he finally got up he told us that he had been healed.  He declared that God had healed his leg.  He took both crutches in one hand and vigorously walked out of the meeting.  I thought to myself, “Wow what a fanatic”.

He called his doctor the first chance the office was open and went in to see him.  He told the doctor that he wanted the cast off.  The doctor told him that he had just put it on.  He told the doctor that he had been prayed over & was healed.  He insisted so much that the doctor had him sign a form releasing him from all responsibility.  The doctor cut the cast off and unraveled the gauze that was under it.  To the doctor’s shock and amazement, there was not one blemish, bruise, red mark or hair out of place.  The leg was totally healed.  The other leg that was not prayed over was still scratched up.  The doctor asked him to explain again what happened.
